Stay with Us Short-Term while You Recover

Our fully furnished, Bridge-to-Home apartments are designed to provide the support you need to recover after a surgery, injury or illness.  You may no longer need 24-hour skilled nursing, but still would like support until you are ready to return home confidently. Whether you need to stay with us a few weeks or a few months, our Bridge assisted living apartments provide a safe, comfortable environment to recover.
