Assisted Living

Enjoy Peace of Mind in the Comfort of Your Own Apartment

Our assisted living apartments in Mukwonago and Waukesha are a perfect choice for those who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle, yet want the security of knowing personal assistance is available 24/7.

We'll prepare your meals, take care of the housekeeping, and provide customized personal care support. Our assisted living apartment buildings are large enough to offer a variety of community opportunities, but small enough to get to know the other residents and LindenGrove Communities staff.

Memory Care

High-Quality, Affordable Memory Care for Your Loved One

LindenGrove Communities has three small-scale Memory Care Homes where individuals with early to mid-stage dementia feel secure in a home familiar to them. Our memory care homes are located at our communities in Mukwonago, New Berlin and Waukesha. Each memory care home is licensed as a CBRF (Community Based Residential Facilities) with 24 private bedrooms.

Rehabilitation Care

A rehabilitation approach committed to returning you home healthy and independent.

At LindenGrove Communities, we recognize you seek a rehabilitation program that will help you restore your mobility and confidence, so you can return home and get on with life. That’s why we are so committed to providing outstanding care and individualized therapy plans that give you the best chance to return home safely as soon as you are able. We have a reputation of offering one of the premiere rehabilitation programs in Waukesha County.
