Waukesha Campus is the Latest to Achieve 5-Star Rating!
We place quality as our top priority in everything we do and we think it shows in our overall ratings from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. We are proud that all four of our skilled nursing centers earn four stars or more from CMS.
Even better, we recently received news that our Waukesha Campus moved up to the coveted five-star rating. It joins our New Berlin campus as a LindenGrove five-star facility. Plus, our other two campuses of Mukwonago and Menomonee Falls are notable four-star facilities.
The federal government rating, which uses a scale of one to five stars, determines the overall rating by scoring facilities in three areas. Those categories are health inspections, quality measures and staffing levels.
In each of these categories, CMS alse rates the facility from one to five stars. Not surprisingly, with our strong overall ratings, we rate well in these sub-categories as well. Our Mukwonago, New Berlin and Waukesha campuses each receive five stars for quality measures. Plus, our Mukwonago campus gets five stars for staffing levels.
These ratings are important because they provide a way to benchmark our performance with other skilled nursing centers. They also providing you – the family – a uniform research tool to help educate you on your options. You can easily look up individual skilled nursing centers or compare multiple options in a geographic area. Type in www.medicare.gov/nursinghomecompare to check out the rating for yourself.
Our Continuum of Care
Just a note: the rating system only applies to skilled nursing centers at each campus. We offer a continuum of care that includes memory care, assisted living and advanced assisted living that do not apply to the ratings. However, our campuses are built on a culture of quality and we believe you will find the same attention to quality within these other living options we offer.
